Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation charges are at the discretion of Management under certain circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your booking, and we are looking forward to meeting you and hope your stay is a very memorable one. Please take a few minutes to read our reservation terms and conditions. When you pay for your reservation, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 2pm - 8pm
• Check-out: 10am
Please arrange with management if you plan to arrive outside of these hours.
RATES
All rates shown are based on 4 guests. Failure to advise and pay for additional guests on your arrival may result in your reservation being cancelled.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
A booking will be held as per the dates and rate specified at the date of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment of your booking indicates your acceptance of Bellbrook Cabins Terms and Conditions and policies.
RESERVATIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Bellbrook Cabins reserve the right to correct any information (including but not limited to, pricing information) and amend your reservation (in consultation with you) to ensure that it reflects the correct price or relevant information. Additional charges may be payable by you if you wish to proceed with the affected reservation. You will be informed of such charges if applicable.
PARKING
There is one car park space at each cabin
SERVICING YOUR CABIN
The cabins are fully self-contained, and daily servicing is not provided. If you require your accommodation to be serviced, please arrange with management. Additional charges will apply.
EXCESS CLEANING
In the event a guest or guests leave the cabin in a state that requires more than the standard cleaning service for the end of a stay, an excess cleaning surcharge will be incurred and charged to the guest in accordance with the payment details provided at the time of confirmation, or as otherwise agreed. The applicable charge will represent the cost of the excess cleaning required and will be communicated to the guest at the time of charge. We ask guests to leave the cabin as they found it.
RISK WARNING
Engaging in recreational activities is done so at your own risk.
NOISE
Please be respectful of the enjoyment of others staying with us by restricting loud noise between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am.
SMOKING
Please note that smoking is allowed outside but is not permitted inside the cabins.
OPEN FIRES
Open fires are not permitted outside under any circumstances.
PET POLICY
No pets are allowed.
DAMAGE
Any damages caused to property or equipment will be charged to the guest responsible for the booking in accordance with the payment details provided at the time of confirmation or check-in.
If something does not work or is broken, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
VISITORS
Strictly no outside guests without prior approval of Management: Bellbrook Cabins are exclusively for the use of current paying guests only.
MANAGEMENT DIRECTIONS
All reasonable directions given by the Management of the property must be followed by guests and their visitors. During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the cabin if necessary without prior permission for safety or management reasons. If a guest acts in a manner that causes any damage to our property or that of other guests, or if you act in a manner that is unlawful or a nuisance, we will terminate your stay, no refund will be given, and any loss you incur is not our responsibility.
BOOKING TERMS
It is at the discretion of the owner of the property if any booking is accepted or not.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN
Please make yourself familiar with our emergency evacuation plan in case of an unforeseen emergency. Emergency Evacuation information is located on the back of the cabin entry door. In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow instructions from the owners or the emergency services.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that situations may arise that require an amendment or cancellation of a booking. We ask that you carefully read through the following cancellation policy:
• Reservation changes can be made and Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.
• If guests fail to arrive or do not stay for the full number of booked nights no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation charges are at the discretion of Management under certain circumstances.
DISCLAIMER
Neither the owner nor the agent accepts liability:
• For any loss, damage or injury to the person or belongings of the guests or any third party however caused, whilst occupied by the guests before, during or after the period booked.
• For any error or omission in the holiday accommodation guide. All printed written or verbal description of the premises by the agent or owner is made in good faith but no responsibility shall be accepted for any inaccuracy.
